For all of you who love Hip-hop, especially old school Hip-hop, and live in Los Angeles, this is the event for you!
THE HIP HOP KARAOKE
I went to this event last month thinking it was a one time event. To my surprise, I recently found out that it will be a monthly event with this month's event being tonight. I was glad to hear that because I had such a good time last month remembering so many great Hip-hop classics.
After one guy performed Notorious Big's "Unbelievable", one of my favorite Biggie tracks, I walked up to him and thanked him for picking of my favorite songs and he gave me a handshake while letting me know it was also one of his favorite songs. The vibe there is really cool. I started up conversations with people there I didn't even know but related to simply due to a shared love for Hip-hop culture.
The song list is huge, and I hear that many more songs have been added to their list for tonight's event.
